Would love the Samode Haveli in Jaipur but $$$$$

Many years ago (almost 10 years ago) we stayed at the Beautiful Samode but now it's too expensive for our trip in Feb. Can you recommend another place that has charm but for perhaps $150. a night?

many thanks,

Are you sure you aren't looking at the Raj Niwas in Udaipur? The Raj Niwas in Jaipur has no Tripadvisor reviews, nor have I heard of anyone going there. In any case, the Arya Niwas in Jaipur is a great choice under $150.

You are so right Raj Niwas is in Udapipur.

Looked at Arya Niwass (thanks for your suggestion) but just can't excited. Maybe, I could bump it to $200.00

You might look at the Umaid Bahwan..It's in a lower price bracket so may not compete..The room was not large but very clean and fresh if a little dark and had a balcony with table and chairs..It is decorated with historical paintings and carved window frames .. as a palace. It does have charm and a very stylish restaurant..Lots of reviews on booking.com...
