Beaches Turks question
For Blamona or other Turks experts......
What type of weather would we expect at end of November. Looking at 2014. How is water temp? Want to scuba, snorkel, etc.
Last time we went was in May and it was perfect all around. Just want to make sure end of November will still be warm (air and water ).
For Beaches....... Is the best deal to go directly with the 1800 number or is there someone locally at Beaches Turks that we should contact.
Thanks!!!!!!

From the Weather Service - In November:
Average Temp - 80's F.
Average High - 84 F.
Average Low - 75 F.
Average Precipitation - 3.7 In.
Water Temp - probably around 80 F.
Go here for more details: www.wunderground.com (type airport code PLS in the search box - you'll find enough historical weather data on this site to impress even the most enthusiastic weather fanatic.

Rates will be the same. There are Beaches Travel Agent specialists. They can sometimes get you a perk or 2. If something goes wrong they also help on your behalf.
But no better rates. On Tripadvisor you can try nikko4, she might know of one.
Are you stuck on AI? November has some great deals out there with some gorgeous properties.
You can also try Turksandcaicosreservations.com. They are on island and have direct contact with all the properties.
Again won't save money, but MIGHT get a perk or 2.
Beaches fills up without trying. They just acquired the even more expensive Veranda and made it a Key West village. So finding bargains will be hard, as they don't have to. If anything, prices are high even for repeat visitors.
The best prices are if you book your next vacation while you're still there!

Do you mind me asking why AI? Have you stayed at Beachies before and loved enough to return? Or just like AIs?
Beaches is one of the nj eats AIs in Caribbean, they do it right.
But I gotta ask- is it to save money (or the oerseption of it?). There are some amazing resorts truly upscale gorgeous properties to stay there for much less. Provo has some of the best restaurants in the Caribbean, withvamazing settings. There are some fun day trips to do. You'll see things you don't normally see, giant red starfish, even flamingos!
Of course, if you love Beaches, it's great. Just curious

Hi,
I would prefer to stay elsewhere but person paying bill insists on AI.
It's not even up for discussion. Wants to pay one bill, etc.
You helped me last trip with Regent Palms so of course I will be sad about that and all the amazing restaurants around but looking forward to Turks if the numbers end up working out.
Back up is Grand Velas I think in Mexico.
Thanks Blamona

Thanks Blamona.
Just booked 8 rooms for Beaches.
Whew..... That only took three months to figure out- 17 people wasn't easy too many cooks- lol.
Appreciate all the help from you and all the others. Great forum.
Can't wait to come back to the island.
Hoping I can sneak off to regent palms spa though.
Any update on airport. I hear its in various stages of construction. Just curious if we would see any benefits by nov 2014??
