Barcelona, arrival at Sants - transportation info help

Could a local tell me which train (or metro or bus) do I need to take from the Sants train station (arrival at 15:30 on a weekday w. AVE from Madrid) to the França train station?

If there is an option to transfer within the Sants train station, would you know if there are elevators or at least escalators (we will have a few pieces of luggage)?

Convenience is more important than speed of getting to the destination. Thanks in advance for the help.

If you're carrying luggage, then I'd take a taxi.

Thanks for the quick replies. I looked at the train schedule and decided that I will take a taxi. It seems that the distance is about 5 km and accordingly the fare appears to be about 10 EUR including the start fee on a working day, station exit fee and something for the luggage. Hopefully there are elevators at Sants.

Can one take the taxi to the intersection of Carrer del Comerc with Passeig del Born? Google doesn't show pedestrian streets and the small street where I have to get is off Passeig del Born.
