Little Rock, Arkansas, Clinton Library

Since we're going to Springfield, Missouri on July 2 to visit with relatives for a couple of days, we decided to tag on a trip to Little Rock, Arkansas to see the Clinton Library. We will be there from July 5 to July 7 or 8 and then driving back to Missouri to see the relatives before we fly hime on the 10th. Given that it's a quick trip, is 2 days enough to see the library and some of Little Rock or should we stretch it to 3?Also, the full days we will be in Little Rock are Saturday, Sunday and possibly Monday. Best day to see the library? What else would you recommend seeing in Little Rock? Thanks!

I know nothing about how long you should stay in Little Rock or which days, but I would think about adding Crystal Bridges Art Museum into your itinerary if you can manage it.

Not really that much to do in Lil Rock to warrant a trip. I do like the Clinton Library and Crystal Bridges. Lots of Great State Parks and Buffalo National River in Arkansas. I dislike Hot Springs National Park tho.

My son and I rode the trolley while my wife and other son visited the Library. It is a regular trolley, not a tourist one. We saw lots of the city and the driver did give a lot of commentary.

Go by the High School and imagine yourself entering being protected by the 101st Airbone.

Thanks. The Tripadvisor link is fantastic! I now feel that there will be no shortage of things to do and see.

The trolley suggestion is also great. Sounds like fun. When we were in Paris we used the city buses like tour buses, just rode around and saw the sights for cheap. Reminds me of that. Love it. Will also check out the high school.

Little Rock is a fantastic city! Ride the Trolley to see other parts of the town. Eat at Dizzy's and Dam Good Pies. Visit the Art Museum, shop the boutiques and rent a Bike at Bobby's Bike Hike and ride along their recommended river path. Awesome! Catch a concert at the band shell! Hike Pinnacle Mountain and a few of their other trails-that's worth two-three days right there.
