It was sooo early in the morning, cmcfong, I just can't remember much about the airport. I just googled it and the photo is really interesting. What about a ticket desk for one of the airlines?

It is a pretty small airport.
Someone strolling with a mandolin, singing out "Cmfong, Cmfong", would likely locate you.
I have flown into and out of there a few times.
If I had to choose a place at random, I would likely go into the airport website and choose a commercial enterprise for a rendezvous - the website gives details of their location. Here, for example, is Pizza Hut:

On the arrivals level, there is a door outside which the shuttles to the various car rental agencies depart. These are called "navettes" for the "location de voitures". The door is signposted. That could be a convenient rendezvous point
