I don't think so, I've never heard of one. If you want something like that, I think you have to go to a country or region that makes a big deal out of Christmas -- maybe Germany or at least Alsace or something like that, or Disneyland Paris.

I asked the same question last summer. Most of the answers suggested looking in small art galleries or boutiques. I found a couple of small things in the gift shop in the eiffel tower (not the quality I was looking for but at least it was something). I might also suggest looking in the Galleries LaFayette - The german store you'll hear referenced on this board a lot is Kathe Wohlfarht. She has shops in Germany and also one or two in the US (Stillwater, Minnesota is one I believe). We were in Paris in August - you might have better luck nearer the holiday.

I found plenty of Chrismas ornaments in Parissimo when it was Opera. When I was in Paris in March, the store had moved to the Rue Rivoli, but I didn't get a chance to go there, so I can't say if they still do. I usually go there just to buy something and get the pretty blue and yellow paper shopping bags that they use!

www.pagesjaunes.fr lists two stores with that name.
One in the 7th arr (Avenue de la Motte-Picquet), is a short-term rental agency.
The other store or business with that name is on République but I couldn't find any details.
What is your budget and when are you going? Most of the upmarket porcelain and silver shops have Christmas plates and ornaments. There's a shop on Place Fustenberg in the 6th that might have ornaments year-round. Can't remember the name but the little square is tiny so you can't miss it. It's next to the Delacroix museum.
Also try Printemps Maison and Galeries Lafayette.

A couple of years ago I passed a Christmas store in Paris (it was May) and took a photo. The web site is:
christmas-a-paris.com
The web site shows the store at 7 rue de Conde which is near the Odeon Theater.

There is also a tiny shop in the Marais (4th arrond) called
Il était une fois
6 Rue Ferdinand Duval, Paris
I think I found a website for it but, it's not presently working:
www.iletaitunefois-paris.com
The shop is open year round. It has fairy type of stuff on the main floor and on the lower level is the Christmas decor. I don't think they have much that's actually made in Paris or France for that matter but, they do have ornaments and things that have Paris monuments and Paris related decorations.
I hope this helps!

And here's a picture of the street:

Zoom in, it's the bright blue shop on the right after "Concept". See the hanging Santa below their sign.
