We will be doing the 16 Day The Dragon Heart of China & Yangtze tour with China Spree. Has anybody done this tour? We read a lot about China Spree tours in the Fodor's Forum and elswhere on the internet but so far we haven't found anyone who has take this specific tour...

You might want to check tripadvisor.com and look for China Spree Tour Company. Very good reviews of the company. Going with them in Oct.

We are also going on Oct. 8th with the 21 day tour.

Hello icbgenda. Our paths may cross on our trips. I have a few friends who did the 21 day trip and it ended in Hong Kong. We will complete our trip in Shanghai. We fly from JFK on Oct. 6 in order to arrive one day early and recover from jet lag, before starting the tour, if possible.

Hi geebee, I was incorrect, we are flying on the 8th but the rest of the tour starts on the 9th. Like you we are getting there early because of the time difference. We are ending the tour in Shanghai like you are.
