Which D-Day Tour? Band of Brothers or Utah Beach?

I have been researching different D-Day tour groups and have decided that a private tour is too expensive for us since we are only 2 people. Overlord got good reviews, and the charge is per person, not per group. I have narrowed my choices down between two tours; The Omaha/Band of Brothers Tour or the Omaha/Utah Tour. They are both full day tours and are similar with the following differences:

Omaha/Band of Brothers Tour includes:
Crash of the C47 #66 at Beuzeville-au-Plain
Marmion’s farm
Brecourt Manor
Drop Zone D
Carentan

Omaha/Utah Tour includes:
La Fiere-DeGlopper Action
Utah Beach
St. Marie du Mont
Holdy Battery and First Aid Station
La Colombiere Hospital
Hiesville Gen Taylor HQ
General Pratt Memorial

Any experience or opinions on which tour to take? I am admittedly very uninformed as to these sites and plan on doing some reading and movie-watching before we go. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Laurie

We toured independently one day, and used a small group tour the second day.(Hotel arranged for it, din't have name)The signage is excellent so keep in mind that you can do it yourselves. In addition to all the US sites, we visited British and Canadian beaches, museums., highly recommend doing that too.

The Overload tours are worth the cost if you are really interested in learning about D-Day. We took Tour #2. Our guide was a French Marine reservist from Normandy, very familiar with the history. There were only a dozen people on the tour in late October, which made it more interesting.

The best movies in English to watch are "The Longest Day" and "Saving Private Ryan", but there are a few others worth watching. The Band of Brothers series is also very good and covers more ground.

I wanted to take a tour, rather than doing the sites on our own, because I'm hoping I will learn more that way. It will also save us from having to rent a car.

We also took tour #2 a year ago. We thought it was excellent. Overlord picked us up next to our hotel in Bayeux. Our driver/guide was extremely knowledgeable. A very worthwhile day.
