Forecasts for Tulips' Peak Blooming Time?

We are going on a Tulips/Windmills river cruise April 10 - 21. We will be visiting Keukenhof Gardens on April 20. What do the forecasts for peak blooming time look like for those dates?

My dear, that is six weeks out. In Holland they don't even know what the weather will be like in six hours. I suggest that you have some flexibility in choosing your Keukenhof date. Sunny days can turn into sideways rain in short order. In any case try to make it in the afternoon. The tulips close up and go to sleep at night. They gradually open during the day. If you luck out with a good day here is what you'll be seeing, http://tinyurl.com/5nwqzp. In the meantime, some of my tulips and hyacinths are already 1" out of the ground here in the middle of Michigan. I am looking forward to a beautiful spring.

Despite my name, I do not have any inside information on this!

This week we had temperatures of up to 17 celsius - spring!
For this weekend, they are forecasting snow.....

Snow forecast for Sunday, and back to below freezing temperatures at night, and hovering around freezing during the day for at least the coming week. That will slow things down.
I saw my first daffodil in bloom today, but in an area where they always bloom early - and have been known to bloom at Christmas even!

That all said should it warm up considerably in the second half of March then the tulips will come on in leaps and bounds. If it stays cool (more likely ) then they will be later.
There will be plenty of flowers to see at Keukenhof, but whether there will be lots of tulips then is in the lap of the weather gods I'm afraid.
