Hello. My fiance and I are taking our honeymoon to France and Italy this June with a 3 night stop on Eze. So far all we have planned is dinner one night in Monte Carlo and are looking for suggestions of activities for our two full days. We will wont to relax and tour Eze itself, but think it might be worth exploring other parts of the Riveria while we are there. We are considering taking a cab to Nice and exploring there, taking a wine tasting tour, or having a private tour in various locations such as Nice, Cannes, and Cap Antibes. I am wondering what is worthwhile and what we can do without our own car, either with a tour guide or just be taking a cab somewhere. It seems Eze it a little hard and expensive to reach so we want to make the most of our day if we venture. Any suggestions on sites, towns, or tour guides would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

You should take a bus to Nice and spend at one day there, perhaps including dinner.Buses are used by most, are nice, dependable and only 1 Euro no matter how far. I was in Nice for two weeks last summer and never saw a taxi.
Antibes is lovely as is Cap Ferrat, my favorite.
You are spending a lot of time in a very small and hard to get to town. Perhaps you could have a rental car for some of the time.

St. Paul de Vence is nice.

Grasse is nearby and pretty much the home of French parfumeries.

If you think the name Grimaldi rings a bell, it is the family name of the royalty of Monaco.

There is a fabulous restaurant in Eze (I forget what it is called) that is very well known and has spectacular views. You may wish to check it out.

If your objective is to do almost nothing, Eze Village is the right place. It is a tiny place where you can hit every side streets in about 3hrs. If you want to venture out without a car, you will find yourself bumping into the transportation issues. I do EZE as a half day trip from Nice when there is someone in our group who has not yet been there.

The bus to/from EZE is not that frequent.

In Cap Ferrat, there is http://www.villa-ephrussi.com/en/home. You can see Cap Ferrat from Eze.

While there is a taxi stop at Eze main road, I can't seem to find to when I need it. If you end up calling a taxi, the meter starts when the taxi was called, not when it reaches you.

There are two nice hotels at Eze, each with nice restaurants.
Chateau Eza http://www.chateaueza.com/entrance.html and Chateau de la Chevre d'Or http://www.chevredor.com/. The latter has several restaurants, but the one you want to try is Les Remparts serving lunch on terrace. It is a high end restaurant without the Michelin stars or the price. Stick with the fix menu of the day. Confusingly, there is a real Michelin 2 star restaurant in the same hotel called Chevre d'Or. This one is a very expensive restaurant but indoors with a view also.

Where you will be staying for 3 nights? Inside Eze-Village at one of the 2 hotels mentioned above ( Chèvre d'Or & Château Eza ) or outside the village? Both has magnificent view over the sea and le Cap Ferrat. I had a glass of Rosé champagne at the terrace of le Chèvre d'Or a few years ago. It was €25.00 par glass ( ! ) but served with snacks in silverware. And it was a beautiful sunset hour. Expensive but I'm glad I did it then ( fortunately I was not paying...). Château Eza's restaurant/café also has very interesting settings, some semi private rooms/tables always with the gourgeous view.
