I used Bing to search for information about the place. Various booking sites rate it as two or three stars, standard price seems to be about US$35 a night. It does not appear to be on Southern Inle Lake (Sankar), but in a rural area lakeside on the northern part of the lake. It looks like you will be isolated from other places, so I expect you will have to eat all of your meals there.
How did you book this hotel? The booking site should have more information.

It is listed in Agoda as being in Thar Lay Village, Near Phaung Daw O Pagoda, Southern Inle Lake, Inle Lake, Myanmar.

We had lunch opposite that Pagoda. There are several restaurants in the vicinity.
However, Thar Lay Village is a region of several villages and "near" could still be far enough away to need boats to get about. I suggest you email the hotel for more details. I think it may be a re-name of a previous hotel.
The region has the advantage that you won't spend an hour each way to the southern lake as I did from Nyaung Shwe. I am just preparing my Inle blog post now.

Thanks everyone, I appreciate getting some info on this, I booked it through Agoda and at that time they had no reviews or Pics, they just recently posted a few pics of the hotel, pretty basic. Its slim pickins at this point in time, so I am most likely lucky to get a booking, will definitely give a review when we leave. Hey after all its an adventure right?

Just for every ones info, even though many of the hotels are booked solid it doesn't mean they will not have a cancellation, I just got rooms in a hotel in Inle lake that I wanted and in Bagan by asking them to notify me in the case of a cancellation.
I cancelled the room at the Orchid Inn at southern Inle lake so I will not be posting a review as I had promised.

Is this your Bagan hotel? Which hotel were you able to change to in Inle? I've also booked Orchid in for now at $60. It's not so much the price that I mind it's the fact that there isn't much info on the hotel so would like to try to be on standby in case of cancellations at other hotels.
