You might need two back to back or two legs of a longer cruise. At any rate, start with vacationstogo to get ideas. Look first at their 90 day sticker.

A typical Holyland crusie will cover everything on your list except France. Princess and Celebrity (plus many others) offer Holyland cruises, usually including Egypt as part of the crusie.

You can always tour France as a pre-crusie or post crusie option depebnding on where you crusie starts or ends.

Ours from 2 eyars ago started at Athens and ended in Rome. So we pre-cruise a few days at Athens and Post-crusie a few days in Rome.

You may have to look at MSC or Costa to find France added to Holyland, and you will be looking at 14 days more cruise.

I don't think there is. I looked and the closest I saw was a long cruise on Seabourn with had a stop in Monaco and of course Seabourn is quite expensive.

Voyages to Antiqiuty does that itinerary but not in one massive trip and the Holyland is at the end of their Med season.
