Apartment in Rome?

Anyone got suggestions for an apartment in Rome. Just for two of us - my husband and I. Our budget is around 600 euro per week, and we will be going in March (before Easter). Thanks!

Sorry - I didn't get round to checking this again. Thanks for all of these - I have used vrbo and homeaway often for other cities. I'll have a look at some of the others - I think what I had hoped for was some notes on personal experience of nice places. Thanks again.

We stayed here over NYE last year and fell in love with the apartment and the area:

Its above a cafe, but the bedroom is in the back so you cant hear any noise when sleeping. The only thing is that the bed is quite hard, but other than that I would definitely recommend it.

The tour company Miribilia Urbis has two apartments that they rent. www.rome-tours.com

One is small and the other is large, I think. They can be combined for a large family.

600€ seems pretty low for an apartment in Rome (only 85€ per night). This B&B website also has apartments. It might have something in that price range.

We stayed in #380 Via Ciancaleoni with Roman Reference which would be in your budget. We absolutely loved it (our review under 'Anne' is on their website)The only couple of things to be aware of are the kitchen facilities (we are keen cooks) & the fact that is up four flights of stairs. You don't need to really worry about the former as there are many lovely places to eat - not least the pizzeria below the apartment & you may be fitter than we are so no need to worry about the latter. Have fun!

wow, that looks like a good deal,

I wish I had known about that apartment. The apartment I just rented is in $200-plus per night, but it's more central (right behind Trevi fountain)
