Question on Royal Festival Hall London sold out concert
Hi,
There is a concert that's sold out. Are there any last-minute tricks for tickets? I can't seem to find any online.
The seating map shows standing sections but I assume these are reserved only?
Thanks for any leads.

Hi, I am not interested enough to pay a premium. Just wondering if there are any last-minute options or standing room. They exist for Carnegie Hall, Opera Garnier, Vienna Philharmonic, etc, so I figured there could be something like this at RFH.

This worked out. Good old returns did the trick. I showed up around 7:30 right when the concert was to begin. There were about 8 people waiting. As luck would have it, they had a single return.
I think it might have been opening night at RFH. Salonen conducted Beethoven 9, and Andsnes played Beethoven's 1st Piano Concerto. The opening piece was Kurtag.
Andsnes played an encore (finale of Beethoven Op. 54 Sonata, if I remember right) and signed my CD afterwards.
Thanks for all the suggestions.
