American looking for trip ideas, traveling with toddler and pregnant

Sorry for the broad question, but we are hoping to travel this November with our 15 month old and I am pregnant.
We're hoping to choose a location that is:
1) reachable by a reasonably short flight
2) mostly non malarial
3) safe (relative, I know)
4) has some culture
5) and some nature
6) and is pretty quiet
We're open to beaches, cities, mountains, hot, cold, really anything. We've traveled in the past but mostly very far away and never abroad with kids. Does anyone have any ideas? I'd be so grateful for your opinions. Thanks much!!

Well it would certainly help if you said where you are!

You will get more replies if you post on the board for whichever continent interests you.

Depending on your definition of "reasonably short" that looks like the US or Mexico, or possibly Colombia, since it's a bit late in the year for Canada. Europe will take 7 hours minimum. I suggest, again, that you post on the relevant continent-specific boards.

Of course, you could also consider the train...

How many months pregnant will you be at the trip?
Does your toddler still nap and go to bed early at night?
What is considered a decent length flight to you?Where are you in the Eastern US?
How long do you want to be gone?
How much money do you want to spend?
