Is it ok to book flights to / from Istanbul Sabiha Gockecen airport?

Hello I am now booking flights from Istanbul to Kayseri, Kayseri to Izmir and finally back from Izmir to Istanbul? For the flights from Istanbul to Kayseri, most of the low cost options (Pegasus, Sunexpress etc) are from Sabiha and not Ataturk. Is it ok to go from Sabiha? A basic Internet search shows 90 min distance from sultanahmet. Is it ok to book or should one stick only to Ataturk.

What do you mean is it okay? Either you don't mind travelling out to that airport or you do. I used Sabiha Gockecen when I went to Istanbul and caught one of the airport buses to/from the airport with no problems.

On reflection, my response might have been a bit terse. Sorry. It was just the "is it ok" wording, as though you were asking permission, but I should have been more polite/helpful

OC - thanks. Basis your response, I am booking Turkish airlines from Ataturk instead of Pegasus / Sunexpress air to cappadocia. Nothing would be worse than getting stuck in a traffic jam with a 15 month old.

Gwan - it's fine although I am happy you reflected! It's just cultural difference that might result in use of English in different ways. Is it ok can be interpretative as please let me knw the pros and cons
