Trying to contact Francesca Caruso, Rome tour guide

Does anyone have contact information for Francesca Caruso - tour guide in Rome? I hear she is the best but don't know how to contact her.

We are having problems trying to contact Francesca Caruso, the emails keeps getting kicked back. Any help would be appreciated.

She replied today, so it definitely works. Unfortunately she's not available for my dates in May

Just wanted to let Puget Sound area folks that Francesca will be in Edmonds tomorrow speaking about Rome on behalf of Rick Steves' tours. 10 am at the Edmonds Theater.

She didn't respond to me last October, either. I like her (have listened to her talks at Rick Steves' place), but it's too bad she doesn't respond to e-mails...not good PR.
