Great report! I see you like (parts of) the local food, next time you're in the Netherlands, try some stroopwafels - I'm pretty sure you'll like them.

Oooh yeah I saw some of those but didn't get a chance to try them! I also forgot to mention in my blog that near the flower market there were several cheese shops giving away lots of free samples, which was really fun.
