What to do and eat in Zurich (June 3 and 4, 2012)

We will be spending 2 days in Zurich. Please provide suggestions on what to do (highlights) and where to eat reasonably priced meals (possible in Zurich?).
Thanks for your help.

A great place to eat is at Hiltl. It is the oldest vegetarian restaurant in Switzerland, but very up to date. Great food, marvelous buffet, excellent wines. very affordable, do not be put off by "buffet."

The lake of Zurich is marvelous, do not miss a ride around the lake. Take a boat trip to Rapperswil, and eat al fresco at one of the outdoor cafes on the lake. Charming, charming, charming. There are many towns along the lake that might be worth a stop and a walk around. I once spent two weeks in Kusnacht studying at the Jung Institute, and fell in love with that town also.

We were in Zurich a coup,e of years ago, but just overnight visiting friends, but they took us to the Lindt chocolate factory store! Yum.

You will enjoy the city. Bon voyage
A walk through the old town, and a look at the two very old churches would be very pleasant.

But that photo is AWFUL!

That's a postcard given by the restaurant, along with a vampire bat and other animals given similar teeth.
