2 weeks in South Africa
We have 2 weeks to spend in South Africa in September. Besides Cape Town and Kruger Park, are there any suggestions for must see. Hearing mixed things on Vic Falls

With only 2 weeks, I think you will find plenty to occupy your time in Kruger and CapeTown.
How are you getting around? SA is a very big country. You will likely need to fly between those two destinations. Cape Town is a fantastically beautiful and interesting city, and just outside of town is probably the most gorgeous wine country in the world. Then there is the beautiful coast...whale watching, diving with sharks, penguin colonies...
Have you looked into the options for safaris? Are you planning a self-drive in Kruger or booking at one of the wonderful private camps? If you've read trip reports here, you might note that there is rarely a comment about spending too much time on safari.

We're a bit overwhelmed with all the possibilities. We do not plan to drive and have decided not to go to Vic Falls. Currently looking at safari in Kruger. Any suggestions for a private camp?

Price range? Any of these camps would be ok with me, except the ones to the west.

Sabi Sand is a private reserve in the Kruger region, no fences. If you want to stay in Kruger, check out the SanParks website for private concessions (leases).
