spa for single 50 year old female traveling alone

Hi
I'm looking for a spa/resort, preferably all inclusive, where I can go for a week to just relax and have some treatments. But I don't want to be amid all couple or very young people I'd like a place with a captain's table so I won't be alone all the time. any suggestions?
thanks
Theresa

Any quality 5 star property would be best for this.

luxurlink.com will have many...

Ritz Carlton St Thomas or Cancun

CaneelBay.com

pinksandsresrt.com

One and Only Ocean Club Paradise Island

Hyatt Palm/Eagle beach Aruba

www.roundhill.com Jamaica

Some of my favs... Happy Planning!

Veranda in Turks and Caicos. Like a Ritz, but includes meals and all your drinks. Meals are upscale, a la carte but also have buffets, so conducive to mingling. Nice spa. Gorgeous beach, one of the best in the world. Safe island.

"captains tables" are only on cruises, not resorts, but AI resorts are easy to meet other vacationers and mingle.

Also take a look at The Body Holiday in St Lucia. It's an all-inclusive sa resort that used to ave no single supplement. I'm not sure that's still the policy though.

La Source in Grenada is a Spa resort. We were there last year and there were many singles there. The resort arranged for singles to meet every evening for dinner. There was quite a range of ages and they all seemed to be having a very good time. It is an All-Inclusive.

Not sure about meals with other guests, but the Ritz-Carlton Cayman Islands had THE BEST SPA of any isalnd I have been to, and I have done several island spas. While Grand Cayman is not my favorite island (too much like another state), theRitz is on a beautiful beach, there is interesting shopping and sight seeing, and it is fairly safe
