Hi Cheweyhead,

It depends what kind of experience you are looking for. The Royal Livingstone will give you a hotel experience and Toka Leya has safari-style tents so you will have a more "safari" type experience.

I hope this helps a bit.

We loved Toka Leya! It's a beautiful locations, service is wonderful (Dani is a great camp manager and she is on top of everything) they are very accomadating, and I can't say enough good things. I would return in a heartbeat. The only down side is the price, but then they all cost a lot IMO.

So Chewey, tell us what this trip is that you're planning? Namibia and Vic Falls and ??? I'm planning a Namibia so I'm interested.

Thanks for the information about Toyo Leka. Our trip will be Sossusvlei, Victoria Falls and Zambia - South Luangwa and Lower Zambezi - Next June. Working out the details now. When are you going?

We would have like to have planned a more extensive Namibia adventure - very expensive and/or time consuming as we cannot take any more time off from work - and I have wanted to see Zambia.
We did Kenya/Rwanda/Tanz/Kenya Fall 2007 - Wonderful Trip. Botswana/SA 2005. Photos at www.kdfimages.com
