Help me choose another destination
We are planning to spend a few days in Barcelona and then have been invited by friends to stay in their apartment in Andorra for a few more days.
We shall be walking around and visiting little romanic churches etc near by. Enyoing nature.
My questions are,
Has any one rented a nice place in Barcelona? ..., we usually stay in hotels but may be, but are considering renting,
and secondly after this Catalan experience, where would you choose to go?
we could do anything, may be catch an inexpensive flight to Paris, or....?
We have been many times to Paris , but there is always room for another visit, but on the same token any other place would be great. We feel that since we are flying to Europe it
would be logical to spend there a few weeks ....

I was also thinking Madrid but you do not say what kind of differentr experience you want. You could look at www.skyscanner.net to figure out what cheap flights are available to other locations from BCN.
I can think of several "interesting" destinations but not knowing where else you've been besides Paris and what your interests might be it is hard, and perhaps not the least bit helpful to you, to make further suggestions at least at this point.

sorry I can see I was too vague. I know Spain pretty well, have been many times in Madrid much more than to Barcelona. I have been to Toulouse, Albi ....those are not that far from Andorra , I feel a little trapped , being invited by dear Spanish friends to spend as long as we wish in their flat in Andorra helped motivating this trip. Then I felt kind of lost, Barcelona of course is the most natural place to visit in conjunction with Andorra,...well , is it>? Then I thought it does not have to be near, we can take a plane and be in Paris in anytime, ...or Praga>?or whatever. I realize
however now I realize that this is question I should answer by myself.
However any good idea would be welcome. We are going in May.
