Arguably, Piedmont Park is one of the most overlooked attractions in Atlanta. The 186-acre park is a welcome green space among Atlanta's cement and skyscrapers, and is home to an aquatic center and pool, lake, walking and running trails, tennis courts, playgrounds, sports fields, a dog park, and a Green Market for fresh local food, handmade goodies, chef demonstrations, live music.
