Changi
The northeastern section of Singapore is seldom visited by out-of-towners, but it has some worthwhile temples, beaches, and the showstopping Changi International Airport, which has been called one of the best airports in the world. If you have a long layover or are staying in the area to catch a flight, there are certainly a few good options to fill your time. The area is also a jumping off point for trips to the island Pulau Ubin.
