Fodor's Review:
This complex, downtown in the Bellas Artes district, a favorite for international business travelers, is like a city unto itself. You have your pick of restaurants and bars, as well as plenty of facilities. Although the rooms look bland, they have great views of the nearby Parque Los Caobos.
