Dark rustic wooden fixtures and an adobe wood stove, along with a cozy ambience and modern novo-Andino cuisine, keep this candle-lighted restaurant a favorite with tourists and locals. While we think the best-tasting pizza is made here, there's a whole delectable menu to choose from. For lunch or dinner try the Trucha ahumadas (smoked trout), or the blackberry beef, an alpaca steak, fresh soup, or one of the flavorful vegetarian dishes, all prepared with natural ingredients. Service can be a little slow, but perhaps they're perfecting their product, so order-up a hot mulled wine and relax by the fire.
