Sonesta Posadas del Inca Review

Weavings, polished wood, and native art give character to this thoroughly modern Sonesta hotel on the shores of Lake Titicaca. It's 4 km (2 mi) from the center of town and has its own dock that extends out into the lake with El Yavari, the world's oldest motorized iron ship, anchored at the end. Rooms are clean and decorated with Pucara bulls and Andean textiles and feature top-notch electronics. Eating in the hotel's restaurant, Inkafé, is a pleasure, as large picture windows offer a panoramic view of the lake. It's one of few hotels in town that has accessible rooms for people with disabilities.
