An ecological paradise for those who can afford it, this exclusive hotel is on Isla Suasi, on a remote end of Lake Titicaca (a 4.5-hour boat ride from Puno), but there's no lack of things to occupy your time here. You can hike among wild llamas, canoe, study astronomy, learn Andean spirituality, marvel at flower-filled terraces, discuss ecosystems, or just relax with a massage.
