Manu Wildlife Center Review

As its name suggests, the Manu Wildlife Center is a great place for wildlife viewing: after all, this lodge is close to macaw and tapir collpas, and it has 48 km (30 mi) of trails that thread through a forest adjacent to Manu National Park. The MWC, as it's known, is jointly operated by InkaNatura Travel and Manu Expeditions, both of which are notable for their attention to details. Raised thatched-roof bungalows have screens and wooden latticework walls as well as tiled hot-water baths. Electricity is available in the main building for a few hours each night. Most travelers arrive from Cusco via the Cock of the Rock Lodge. But, given how far you've come, spending an additional few nights inside Manu National Park, either at InkaNatura's Manu Tented Camp or Manu Expedition's Romero Rainforest Lodge, is also recommended.
