On a quiet street two blocks from the busy intersection of Larco and Benavides, this small restaurant in a nicely renovated house is known for its authentic southern Italian cuisine. The Peruvian owners worked at a couple of Miami's best Italian eateries before deciding to serve their favorite dishes to the folks back home. The menu includes homemade pasta dishes, including linguini in pesto with gamberi (shrimp) and fettuccine alla boscaiola (in a mushroom
cream sauce), a small selection of risottos, and a traditional osso buco. The consistent food, reasonable prices, and attentive service keep the locals coming back.
