Second Home Peru Review

This 100-year-old Tudor-style house on a cliff overlooking the sea is Lima's loveliest lodging option. The home and gallery of sculptor and painter Victor Delfin is a feast for the eyes, packed with art, surrounded by gardens filled with massive sculptures, and backed by a sweeping ocean view. Guest rooms on the second floor are tastefully simple, with hardwood floors, high ceilings, and lots of white; rooms 2 and 3 have ocean views. Three new oceanfront rooms built into the cliff have jaw-dropping views of the coast, though traffic noise from the road below could be a problem for light sleepers. The owner, Lilian Delfin, can help with travel arrangements and other needs.
