Inka Path

The price is the main selling point of this downtown hotel. A double room is less than $30, making this one of the city's best bargains. Rooms are nicer than they need to be at this price, and are scrupulously clean. Pros: On a quiet pedestrian street, near the major sites, welcoming staff. Cons: Up a very steep set of stairs.
