Fodor's Review:

Facing a cobblestone street, this butter-yellow building has an unbeatable location. Wide windows in the dining room let you watch young lovers stroll across the Puente de los Suspiros. With the ocean practically at the door, it's no surprise the focus is seafood. Try the sea bass wrapped in prosciutto and sautéed in pisco, or the swordfish grilled in squid ink. If you arrive early, enjoy a pisco sour at the outdoor bar.
