Fodor's Review:
With dozens of bars and restaurants within walking distance, this hotel puts you right in the middle of the action. It has all the amenities -- except a pool -- of its more upscale sibling, but the price tag is considerably less. Rooms are quite large, with pairs of tables to spread out your work on. Sun streams through the windows, double paned to keep out the noise from the street. Relax with a pisco sour in Inkafé, the modern café in the corner of the lobby. Wheelchair ramps allow free movement for those who can't manage steps.
