An unassuming facade makes it easy to miss, but inside you'll find one of the country's best collections of folk art. One especially interesting exhibit concerns the cajones San Marcos, the boxlike portable altars that priests once carried from village to village. Peasants began to make their own, placing scenes of local life inside. These dioramas, ranging in size from less than an inch to more than a foot wide, are still made today.
