Larcomar Review
Right in the heart of things is Larcomar, a surprisingly appealing shopping center in Miraflores. It's built on a bluff below Parque Salazar, so it's almost invisible from the street. Its dozens of shops, bars, and restaurants are terraced and have views of the ocean.
