Fodor's Review:
A butcher's front window couldn't display more cuts of meat than the glass case along the wall of this local landmark. Check out the different cuts, then inform your waiter which one you want and how it should be cooked. It will arrive at your table atop a charcoal brazier, still sizzling from the grill. Even the smallest steaks, labeled junior in the menu, are the size of a dinner plate. If you have a lighter appetite, the costillas a la barbacoa are basted with a tangy barbecue sauce that doesn't overwhelm the flavor of the ribs.
