Plenty of restaurants can be found along the ocean, but the crowds keep coming to this cheerful little spot. The reason is the seafood, specifically the lip-smacking cebiche. Choose from 10 different versions, each with some type of fish, shrimp, squid, or octopus; the mixto lets you sample them all. For something a little different, there's the tiradito (ceviche in a spicy yellow sauce), which livens up the traditional recipe by omitting the onions in favor of peppers and garlic. There are plenty of other fish dishes on the menu, all cooked any way you like.
