Many restaurants are along the ocean, but the crowds keep coming to this sleek eatery. The reason is the seafood, specifically the lip-smacking cebiche. Choose from 10 different versions, each with some type of fish, shrimp, squid, or octopus; the mixto lets you sample them all. Still, nothing brings a hush over the dining like when the waiter appears with chita al plato, a whole fish that's been grilled to perfection.
