Locals refer to the alley west of Parque Kennedy as "La Calle de Pizza," and with good reason -- it's packed with nearly identical pizza parlors. The best of the bunch is this popular place, as relaxed as the others are rowdy. There are wooden tables instead of plastic, and attentive waiters instead of disinterested teens. Best of all, the pizza isn't half bad. Enjoy it with a free beer or pisco sour as one of the wandering musicians plays "Don't Worry, Be Happy" on the flute.
