If you want to watch the big game—and in this country that can only mean one thing—you can't do better than this neighborhood hangout. Soccer paraphernalia covers nearly every square inch of the wood-paneled dining room. It's a sedate place during the day, and a place for a lunch of typical dishes like ají de gallina (chicken in a spicy sauce). On game day things can get out of hand. If it gets too noisy inside, head outside to one of the tables facing Plaza San Martín.
