Fodor's Review:
If you're standing in Parque Municipal, you won't miss this restaurant. Bright pink geraniums tumble down the series of terraces that give the place its name. The open-air dining room, big enough for half a dozen tables, lets you enjoy the cool breezes. The specialty here is cebiche (chunks of raw fish marinated in lemon juice and topped with onions), and the spicy fish dish is served several ways. Drop by for lunch and for about US$3 you can sample all of them.
