Cool breezes blow through the arches at this mansion on the eastern edge of Miraflores. Common areas have colonial-style furniture and are throughout the rambling old building. A wood staircase dominates the lobby and leads up to cozy rooms, many of which have wood floors and beamed ceilings. Some have balconies that overlook the sunny patio. The hotel is nestled in a quiet residential area. Three parks, including the lovely Parque Reducto, are within a few blocks. The shops and restaurants of Miraflores are a 10-minute walk away. Pros: In a quiet residential area, pretty colonial-style building, good value. Cons: Long walk to restaurants, some dated furnishings.
