Leon de Oro

Fodor's Review:

A statue of a lion stands guard at this boutique hotel in the heart of Miraflores. Don't expect the usual bright colors and colonial-style furniture. Instead you'll find muted shades and crisp lines in the generously sized rooms. The butter-soft linens on the queen-size beds and polished marble in the baths will leave you feeling pampered. For real luxury, spend a bit more on a suite and settle into your own hot tub. Pros: On a quiet street, professional staff, nice buffet breakfast. Cons: Feels more European than Peruvian, long walk to most dining options.
