Fodor's Review:

La Noche is at the far end of a pedestrian street called Bulevar Sánchez Carrión. The rock and jazz bands booked here appeal to a youthful, noisy crowd. Escape to an outdoor patio or a second-story balcony to check out who is coming and going.
