Fodor's Review:

Facing Barranco's main square is Juanito's, one of the neighborhood's most venerable establishments. Built by Italian immigrants in 1905, the former pharmacy retains its glass-front cabinets. Today, however, the bottles inside are filled with wine and spirits.
