Fodor's Review:

Cusco's newest entertainment addition, Kusikay, should not be missed. Devoted to presenting Andean history and mythology, Kusikay is a theater-dance-acrobatics spectacular, with some of the best costumes this side of Cirque du Soleil. It's a surprisingly modern setup, with moving sets and a huge cast of more than 30 actors. Each show runs for around a year; all take local history and mythology as their subject. This is a great opportunity to hear Quechua spoken, as the performances mix Spanish and Quechua dialogue. Brochures in English explain the plot, and kids will be entranced by the colorful spectacle and acrobatics.
