You can't get much closer to the Plaza de Armas than this hostel in a colonial building around a small attractive sunlit courtyard. The tiny establishment has four rooms built against the original Inca wall, as well as other simple, less-interesting rooms. The friendly, eager-to-please owners live on the premises. Pros: Right on the Plaza, sleeping next to original Inca walls in some rooms makes for an authentically Cusqueñan experience, close to everything. Cons: Being right in the thick of things makes escaping the hustle and bustle a challenge, rooms are rather dark and uninspired, paying for location rather than charm.
