Fodor's Review:

The Quechua name of this basic restaurant on the central square translates as "house of rest," and the owner claims that this is Peruvian cuisine, fresh and made-to-order. It doesn't get any fresher than the trout caught in the nearby Urubamba River. These folks also dish up a spicy cazuela de gallina (chicken stew). If it's a nice day, grab one of the tables on the shady interior courtyard.
