This is the best place in Cusco to sample regional dishes, which means it's always busy. The lunch specials are ample and reasonably priced. The ají de gallina is outstanding but a bit heavy before an afternoon of sightseeing. On the lighter side, the fish dishes are served with a colorful assortment of vegetables. The homemade truffles are the perfect dessert.
